Der Friedensfürst (piano accompaniment for Christmas sing-along)

December 23, 2020 by Jacquie

For as long as I can remember, performing Der Friedensfürst (The Prince of Peace) with a volunteer choir at church on Christmas Day has been an important part of my Christmas tradition.

Oma singing Der Friedensfürst with her grandkids in 2008.

2020 is obviously like no other year, and even though many Christmas services are cancelled, I am determined to keep the tradition alive by encouraging people to sing it wherever they are.

So if you’re missing Der Friedensfürst, I’ve recorded the accompaniment so you can sing along 🙂
