Back in May 2020, it seemed like all the musicians would couldn’t play at concerts anymore were performing online, so I wanted to record something too, just for fun.
The only trouble is I’m an accompanist now and haven’t performed or practiced solo repertoire for well over a decade. So I pulled out the old Mendelssohn Etude from my ARCT days and see what happened. My technique was pretty lousy but it was still fun to do!
